Caller: Rick - Commonwealth Bank Secure Services Possibly legitimate but given they've not called back in the 6 minutes since either call dropped out or the caller hung up shortly after I acknowledged his introduction as Rick from Commonwealth Bank Secure Services I'm calling this one as a fraudulent caller.
