This person calls numbers either obtained by stealing their phone account and therefore she has majority of details to start identity fraud procedures by ringing victim assuming the role of their phone provider. She then is able to gain full access authority on the account without their imo and purchase on ' their behalf" devices, service etc and leaving victim unable to pay for items to be disconnected. Wanted for breaching bail conditions and is required for sentencing in June. Beware
