Missed a call from this number and when I called back got a message saying that this number was currently not taking incoming calls so can only assume that some sort of telemarketer

Caller: Easy Saving??

I answered, and questioned who they were. Said they were from easy saving (??) something to do with electricity bills.

asked me about my Energy bill. told him I don't get an energy bill and not to call back ever again. second call this week. said his name was David?
