Caller: Nuisance call Called during the day, got my voicemail then left chinese speaking message, with music in the background. Have received similar messages before. Yet when I block the number, another calls in it's place a few weeks later. Even though I am on the Do Not Call Register these scammers do not care!!! They just keep stalking.
