Girls name for that particular call was Vanessa.
I didn't hang on for long enough to find out if I was having trouble with my computer or if I could get a govt rebate on solar panels or if the ATO was going to put me in jail or if Telstra were having issues with me even though I'd ditched them sometime last century.
