Sounds like the one I had from some scam for the last 3 weeks. Security office or something for visa and mastercard but from about three different mobile numbers over a 2 or three week period, once a week I think. Could be they're rotating their scam between mobile numbers (that they might not even own since one of the numbers has a listing of a person on it and no complaints).

Stated they were from the authorisations department at visa and MasterCard and were querying and $1800 charge from a travel company and asked if I had approved it or if anyone else in my family approved it. When I asked which bank they responded Commonwealth - when I replied I don't have a commonwealth account they hung up
