Caller: Scam Call starts off with an automated option. Claiming to be Commonwealth Bank and that someone has made large transaction on the account. The automated options tell you to select 1 if you did not authorise and 2 if you did. I have never had anything with Commonwealth Bank, and immediately that it was a scam but I pressed 1 and then told them where to go, and where to shove it.
