A recorded message in Mandarin with music plays on repeat. My call lasted for 20 seconds because I managed to hit answer while pulling my phone out of my pocket and then dropped it, so it took a bit to actually put it up to my ear and say hello. As soon as I heard what it was I hung up. My husband says a few seconds is all they need to scan your phone? Not sure about that but blocked the number.
