Scammer text message: "<ROAD-LINK>You have unpaid tolls due to electronic tag scanning failure. Please schedule payments manually to avoid penalty notices. https://[address redacted]" I don't live anywhere near a place that charges road tolls. In fact, I've never visited anywhere that charges tolls, either.
