Caller: I don't know but number comes up on site from Hanoi

I received a text from this number saying " Linkt- you have a unpaid toll. To avoid extra changes pay by the due date" . With link : road.highway-manage.click.
I was suspicious and didn't click on it. And I suggest you don't. It is a scam . I knew money had come out of my account for E-toll the day after I last used a toll way and I double checked my E-toll account and there is no money owing, Infact I'm in credit. Do Not Trust this text if you receive it. Do Not click on the link if you receive a text from similar number. Always just check your E-toll account. The scammers are trying to get smarter.
