I received this SMS today. It's likely legit, but it looks dodgy as hell. I called number but I couldn't hear what the other person was saying. Medicare is showing no outstanding debts or failed claims.

Dear XXXX, Your recent bulk billed claimed has been DECLINED by Medicare Maximum number of services for this item already paid. Please note there is now an overdue amount on your account that needs to be settled.
