Caller: Chinese emergency epidemic number Hoax which backs on to a real number, by the sound of it. "Chinese emergency epidemic number" - thinking it was another outbreak of something, I pressed '2' as instructed - only to be confronted with someone who couldn't speak English, only Chinese!
