DHL text

Text message saying failed 2 deliver my parcel and link. What parcel? How did they have my number?

Caller: Text Message only.

Sent a message to say package not delivered (with a DHL link but to "blaick-pipes.ru" URL. Obviously a scam as this is a Russian URL not a DHL website, and I haven't sent or ordered anything. Norton advices not to go to website as it is a "This is a known dangerous webpage. It is highly recommended that you do not visit this page." Question is why don't the authorities require the user to have appropriate ID or track the user as this is a known SCAM number. I.e. why is our Federal police so useless?

I got the same message and block the number. Also received similar messages from 0476 641 754, 0476 641 754 and 0499 979 981

Comes up as 'New voicemail' and leaves a link to click, I would not trust it. Blocked and deleted.
