Received a text from this number today. I believe it is a scam. Message Hey..., It's Sarah....it's been a while since i reached out and I wanted to follow up and let you know we just released a series of homes for investors looking for high cash flow. Can i send you the link to the list?

I received an SMS from this number. Had to look it up because it was to my husband. Random and now blocked.
Message says

I received a SMS from this number. The number is not in my contacts,I believe it is a scam. They also knew my name. The number has been blocked.
