Someone with an Indian accent claimed he was from Mastercard and gave details of some transaction asking if I wanted it cancelled. He claimed that Mastercard, Visacard are not owned by a bank and that's why he was calling. I couldn't hear him properly and when he changed from the headset, I heard what I believe to be a very busy telemarking office background. He became very aggressive when I questioned him that in all the decades I've had a card that my bank has never told me they don't 'own' them and he got more aggressive. I hung up.
