They sent my bill via email (my account over 20 years and I am NOT MARRIED) to my partners email ... they should not even know my partner or his email. SO I concur they have something well dodgy going on there.

Caller: Message from my husband My husband is puzzled and so am I. His number has always been 0408 924 912 However, yesterday he inserted a new sim card in his mobile at the Claremont Telstra shop. He will be moving to his own apartment on 7/09/2023 and needed to set up a separate Telstra plan for himself. This isn't the 1st odd occurrence as last month my best friend messaged me on my birthday using my number: 0417 924 914. The message went to Peter's phone ... not mine? SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG!
