text message received Sat morning 22/11/25 8:10am.... stating new card is on its way with a new number....... to activate before receiving your new card go to your nab banking app .....my existing card expires in 2027........ there was no link in the text message

I got a similar message and rang NAB. They confirmed that they are replacing existing Debit Flex Cards with new Visa Debit Cards, even though the existing cards are not due to expire for a while yet. Confirmed the the last 4 digits quoted in the text message match the new card that is being mailed.

Claims to be NAB regarding setting up my new credit card replacement in their phone app. Existing card expires in 2027?

Text message received 05/02/2026 -------- "Your NAB Visa Debit Card ending in XXXX has been mailed to your address. Before it arrives, you can use your phone to pay by setting up your card in Google Pay or Apple Pay. Get started in the Cards section of the NAB app. Thanks, NAB" ------- there was no link in the text message
