Spam text masquerading as a place I once had my car serviced. Believed it was from them, responded to opt-out option, now I know why it was repeatedly ignored.

Text asking for logbooks and pics with firm price. Only started getting spam when I listed my car on cars guide.

Same story asking for Log books and inside pics
sounded to good to be true so checked here on reverse- scammer im sure

Received SMS 1hr after advertising my car on gumtree. They asked for recent log books, interior pics and final price.

Same message wanting log book info + internl car photos and me to remove my listing from gumtree.
he offered to pay $500 more than my asking. i ignored message and did a number search on here...luckily.
