They claimed to be working for Telstra and wanted to talk about my internet. I told them I don't have an account with Telstra. They said it didn't matter they look after all the lines and proceeded to talk about my IP address and that they can see that I my internet has dropped and gone into a public mode which is bad for security reasons. I stopped the conversation and told him he does not sound like he is from Telstra as they don't call people based on their IP address, this very obviously sounds like a scam. He hung up on me
