scam text about a colleague tried to call me and I have won I competition I didn't enter

Caller: SMS Scam COMMBANK notification

Received this Scam SMS with link:
COMMBANK: A PAYMENT of ¤102.55 has been made to a NEW payee. If this was NOT you, please visit: https:// netbank . payeeinfo . online
I have also received other SMS scam links same as those reported here, package @ post office + fake invoice notice + warnings submit xxx time xxx or xxx will be lost

Caller: SMS MESSAGE WITH HTTPS:// LINK

Obvious SCAM but have been receiving similar such sms notifications of late...
I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE THESE NUMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO EXIST? Surely every telecommunications company has the ability to track and identify the origin? A FEDERAL CRIME DEPARTMENT THAT IS COMMITTED TO ENDING THIS PRACTICE ONCE & FOR ALL??
With all this intelligent technology I don’t believe it can’t be done?? Obviously just not important enough to the powers that be I guess?

Clearly a spam, please don't click on the link! Blocking the number.

messaged saying you have a parcel, needs to be paid and have to login to the internet address which they provide. I've messaged back said you fraudsters, don't want to see these anymore otherwise will pass on to the police.
