A lady called with an Indian accent saying that someone organisation in the States is trying to withdraw funds from my savings account. She said she's from the investigative department for credit cards and bank accounts. She didn't mentioned which bank she's from and said to download the app called "Bank Shield" giving you the code. After downloading, she said to log into your bank website, and she'll guide you how to connect the app to the account to prevent. I managed to excuse myself, and told her I'll call her back. She gave me a number to call back - (02) 8003 5641 - Alina Bennett. After contacting my bank, I was told to engaged a computer specialist to "clean" my computer before using the on-line banking app.
