Caller: I don't know I made a successful Optus payment yesterday. Today I got an SMS: "Your last scheduled payment was unsuccessful. To prevent disruption to your mobile service visit: https://pay-optus.com -Thanks, Optus" I checked with Optus without using the suggested link. My bill has been payed.

I checked with Optus without using the suggested link. My bill has been payed.
