Caller: Bong represents telstra apparently

Ongoing calls regarding a telstra complaint he says he’s in the Philippines when it’s a Melbourne number when I don’t answer his calls he sends a text msg using mobile number never have I had any telstra personal so dedicated to speaking to me, asked to speak to someone in Australia he could only get his area manager who is also in the Phillipines. If all our national communications services are being handled offshore I’m concerned for national security risks

SCAM SCAM SCAM..REQUIRED DATE OF BIRTH OR WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME ABOUT COMPLAINT. TOLD HIM ALL WAS WELL, NO COMPLAINT, THEN PHONED BACK WITH A COMPLAIN NUMBER HE WANTED ME TO WRITE DOWN, 30 LETTERS IN ALL.

Caller: Claimed to be nbn

Wanted me to add my bank account details to my Telstra account so I could be direct debited for an nbn connection, $209 fee after a $100 discount. Telstra shop said I would be sent a diy package with password, yet to arrive, nothing about a future nbn call.. This does not gel as nbn is a wholesaler and does not deal directly with single customers. They knew my Telstra account number so I think this an inside scam. Did not do as asked and no follow up from them

Careful. NBN Scam text. Got two from the same number in the space of 5 days, different format, but a scam. Also, mobile number DISCONNECTED, RED FLAG.

Claim to be Telstra NBN Complaints Team. They wanted to check my date of Birth. Kept wanting my Date of birth to secure my account.

Caller: Telstra Tech Suipport (complaints dept)

legitimate telstra number. To me in response to a tech issue with my NBN. I missed the call but it is a genuine Telstra tech support person calling to help with a pre-identified issue. NOT a scam or marketing happily.

Two text messages from someone called Warren at Telstra. Saying they're dealing with my complaint, which I did have but was emailed to me about. Now I'm getting pestered with text messages when it was supposedly sorted. I just deleted the text messages.

Received a text about a so called "technical interview" with no prompting. No company name was given, Asked me to respond "yes" or "no". Likely a scam.
