Caller: Supposedly my bank Got a call from a private number wanting to discuss my loan. Then they asked for my personal details to verify who I was. I said that they had called me so didn't know why I needed to verify myself and give my personal details. I asked what they wanted to discuss about my loan and the person said they couldn't tell me unless I verified who I was. I thought it was a scammer so ended the conversation. Then got a text from this mobile number saying I could call back to talk to the bank. If a scammer has my phone number, then this text isn't making me feel any more confident about speaking to this person.
