some salesman rings every few days and asks for Brett, I tell him wrong number but he keeps calling, blocked him in the end

You can put this in the (ONBUDSMAN'S) hand through his secretary and then you will possible have to fill out a form complaining about this number calling you three or more times a week.

I too have had calls from this number with no message left. Glad someone identified it as Careers Australia, I can at least try to email them a 'do not call' message.
