Caller: "Paul"?? Company card he left says "All State" but upon several Google searches all i can find is the website security certificate is out of date? Possible scammer?

Caller: Paul from "All State" no other identifier. Tried to trick me into saying I was someone I'm not, got my first name right but kept insisting I was this other person. Also, Googled for their website and it's security certificate is out of date so you can't even verify who they are. Dodgy as!
