I know who owns this phone number. It's not spam. Her number was mirrored and was used to spam call people. She even had them try call her! She knew this when her own number came up as calling her. She had to call her provider and have it looked into, took nearly 3 months to get it sorted

Caller: "eBay" - Phone Scam

Received call from "eBay" (it was a voice recorded message) advising of a purchase for $290.00 that is about to be debited from my account. I was then prompted to press 1. Approve payment 2. Arrange refund or 8. To speak with a customer service representative.
I'm currently receiving treatment in hospital & as the account I had previously linked with eBay has been closed, I simply hung up.
