Also said they were from Telstra and that there were network issues, was I having any problems or outages. When i said 'no because I don't have a Telstra account' they hung up on me!

Said he was from Telstra had an accent said my internet was being compromised and wanted me to tell him what IP address I was using. I hung up and blocked the number
