Caller: Someone claiming to be part of gov solar panel scheme

Answered the call said they were calling from fed gov solar panel thing from a man names "mike" who kept saying"gday" - I've asked to have my number removed multiple times but still get multiple of these calls, so clearly imposters. when i called the number back it went to a women's voicemail with a very different name from "mike". I left her a voicemail to advise her these people are obviously using her number or random peoples numbers.
