a new number for the scammers to use!!! Msg saying they have found a package from August with a link. definitely a scam. deleted and blocked

I keep getting a message saying - Hi, we are waiting on an action from you to deliver your package (followed by a link to click on).
I do have things I have purchased but I know I would pick them up from the post office, not some random link. Pretty sure it’s a scam to hack my phone or something.
