Tried to tell me that my visa was used on ebay and a gift card overseas for a large amount of money. He then told me to download an app on to my phone which allowed him to take over my phone. He couldn't tell me which visa was used or which account was used. i told him I wasn't that stupid and hung up. when you try to call the number back it states that it cannot receive incoming calls.
