Got a call from this number at around 7.10am Saturday. Who calls at that time? It was called from their time of 10.10am so was an Eastern states caller and I'm running on W.S.T.
I called back from a private landline (twice) and there was no ringing at the other end but went straight to what sounded like a Telstra or Optus message, "The mobile service you have called has incoming call restrictions. please try again later".
WTF does that mean? It means that they are free to annoy people they don't know but no-one can call them. I will try again on a weekday but the number is now blocked.
Having recently been on a trip to an eastern state and having booked a flight back, I don't doubt that the number has now been accessed by various unsavoury types or companies for their own use.
