Caller: Claims to be DHL

We keep getting calls from numbers claiming to be DHL.
This is one. The call is a Robocall and generally in Chinese. The last time It called, the start of the message was in English before switching to Chinese.
I suspect this is a Phishing scheme, because DHL always leave a note in our mailbox to say they have been and ask us to contact them if we miss them, which hasn't occured since we started getting these calls. I don't know what they are asking for, as the end of the message with the 'instructions' is always in Chinese.
