When this number rang me, I didn't answer it. I immediately rang back and a message came on and said "your call could not be connected, please check the number and try again". I would say that it might have been a scam ATO caller telling me that I'm about to be arrested because of fraud.
I know it's a hoax.
Be aware. Don't fall for it. Just let them talk or don't answer if it's a number you're not familiar with.
