Got a text message from this number claiming my address was lost during shipping and to click on a URL to update. More likely than not it's a scam - if a shipping company, whether Aus Post, DHL, etc, have your phone number, they would not be using an anonymous mobile number to let you know. Also, if they have actually lost your address (like how???), they would not have your phone number and it becomes the vendor's problem - not theirs.

Scammer trying to steal info by giving fake msg to get money and address. Block this number. SMS read like this below.
" Urgent Notice: Lost address in transit. Your order was unsuccessfully sent. Please update（https://tinyurl.***/AB0**** ".
