Caller: CONMEN They called saying they are from the NBN and they wanted access to my computer so they could check my Internet connection. Firstly, NBN do not contact people, secondly they do not need access to your computer to check your Internet connection. This guy also told me they are located at 100 Exhibition Street in Melbourne. That address is a hotel and apartments. This is a scam to get access to your computer so they can then access your personal records including your banking. Of course he gave me a very English name but he has a very Indian accent 🙄
