Caller: paypal Caller said they were from PayPal & had blocked my card from paying for a coffee machine in Germany by a purchaser James Walker. I toldd him my card sends me a notification when used & I hadn't authorised any transactions... he then sent me a code via text saying it was from Amazon ... wanker!
