Text message sent from this number saying "<my name>, you have received (1) new photo" and contains a link to a scam/phishing site (in this case, exclusive[-]vouchers[.]com).
I had a look through the source code and it looks to sign you up to a premium sms service. The web page also contains a hidden tracker confirming your mobile number.
Don't open the message, just delete.
