The caller claimed to be Services Australia telling me I needed to press 1 to avoid l egal action. I hung up and called back. A lady named Annette answered and said she had never made any calls to me at any of time. I am confident that it wasn't Annette since her vo i ce was much different from tje original caller. I told Annette what had happened and advised to contact her phone provider.
