Cold called me, had my name somehow. 'Not selling anything' but was making me aware of federal rebates for solar panel installation, and wanted my permission to have a sales rep contact me. Exploiting what I imagine is a loop hole in the do not call legislation, establishing a customer relationship first during a research call. Not interested in dealing with a company that markets in this way.
