Called me to say that my IP address has been compromised and I have been downgraded from a private network to a public network and therefore open to security breaches. They knew my name, phone number and address. They asked to be put on speaker so that they can “show me” the details. Foreign accent sounded like a call center in the background. I told them I’d call Telstra myself and they said I have to go to Melbourne and do it in person. They also said they didn’t want anything from me. I hung up eventually.
