Called 3.30pm. Left message. Automated message in a chinese accent "Telsta Telecom Urgent Notice your mobile phone service will be out of service soon ........." It only takes one person to get scammed by these parasites to justify to them that it is worth it. It should also only take one complaint for the correct people to act to ensure that these numbers are blocked at the exchange.
