Caller: Scam - Claiming to be from Telstra Stated he was 'Alex' from Telstra. Said my internet connection would be offline for the next few days because too many corrupted/virus files had been downloaded. Wanted access to my laptop to remove the files. When I said I was not with Telstra, he stated that they controlled all of the internet for Australia (obviously not correct). Terminated the call and blocked the number.
