Caller: Claimed to be Optus Recorded message saying “Hi, Your Optus service will be shut down in 2 hours” spoken with USA accent, then continued message in Mandarin at which point I hung up - I do not use Optus (directly). Assume some type of scam as number does not register as Optus business related.
