Fake scam Chinese claimed he works for Optus. He said my account has problems, asked for my name so he could check. I asked I can tell him my phone number. He told me I can go to the Optus shop if I’m not telling name. I said I will and thanks for alerting me. He turned very rude and loud saying don’t call the customer service and wasting their time if I’m not going to ask. I said you called and told me my account has problem, not me, thanks and good bye.
