Caller: Telstra Threatening to block my internet if I didn’t open my Home Screen to check for warnings. Wouldn’t confirm my address or email. Said I’ll ring Telstra directly. He said he had all my details and was now blocking internet.

Caller: Telstra Wanted me to check my internet weather public or private. To open my Home Screen to check for warnings. When I refused became pushy and threatened to cut off my internet. When I asked to confirm my address and email he wouldn’t. I told him that I would call Telstra and he insisted that he was from Telstra and is now blocking my internet.
