When this call came in it went to my message bank, but no message was left. I tried twice calling back (using two different phones) but when the number was dialled there was complete silence from the other end (ie: no call or dial tone). I strongly suspect that it was some sort of scam call, probably using a stolen number from the telecom provider. This sort of thing occurs from time to time.
