Caller: Amazon prime

I had a call this afternoon from Amazon Prime (not Amazon, Amazon prime) , it was a prerecorded message stating that my account was going to be changed $200 if it wasn’t me press 2. Which I did.
It took me to a service person who answered asking me what I wanted.
Umm you called me dude.
He didn’t tell me his name, never asked me mine, didn’t tell me my account email or anything sercuity wise but preceded to tell me my account was going to be debited $200 from someone.
When I pressed him for more information he bumbled telling me a random address (Charles st) and a random persons name.
I asked him to block the order but he told me he couldn’t and that I would have to follow his instructions.
I didn’t let him get that far, I questioned what card was being used. As someone who works in retail I know the last 4 digits of the card shows so he can tell me. He tells me he doesn’t know and says all he can tell me it starts with a 4 which is Visa.
I hung up at this point
