How do you report a mobile phone number for harassment??

They hang up as soon as you answer. Put on block list. Scam.

I don't answer phone calls from unknown numbers especially when they don't leave messages.

This number has called repeatedly. Insurance company?

Insurance company cold call. I have the number blocked by the 'Calls Blacklist Pro' Android app, and even though I have never answered any of their calls, in the last three weeks they have called 32 times (and counting). I am not sure how the app blocks the calls,since the number just appears in a log file, but it would be nice if they actually had to pay for each attempt. At least it is sucking up their time.

This number has now come up as a missed call at least twelve times. I've sent a text message to ask not to contact my number, but they still keep coming.
