Claims to be with Government for Solar. He caught me off guard by just calling himself Steve, he didn't state his purpose of his call but knew my name. I asked him what's his business -then he told me. Prob didn't want me to hang up. I said I wasn't a homeowner, then I think he said I was rude for the way I handled his introduction 😑
